This year's festival is on Monday, May 31, 2010. Our committee is working hard planning and preparing. But we could use more help!
Help wanted!
Parish Festival Chairpersons: Can be one or more couples or several individuals. This is a fun and rewarding job, working with a dedicated group of festival committee chairs. Commitment is approx. 4 meetings per year, coordination and oversight of our Memorial Day Festival.
Parish Festival Games Chairs: Can be one or two couples or individuals. This position involves organizing the festival games and prizes, coordinating with the festival chairs and with those who sign up to help on the day of the festival. Commitment also involves attending festival meetings and oversight of the games the day of the festival.
Raffle & Sponsorships: We are in need of one more person to contact businesses for donations.
