This year's parish festival was on Monday, May 31, 2010.  Thank you so much to everyone who helped. It was a very successful day!

Next year's festival will again be on Memorial Day - Monday, May 30.  We are in need of the following:

Festival Chairs:  Facilitates 3-4 meetings per year, works with Festival Team on details of festival, is present the day of the festival to oversee operation of festival.

Entertainment Chair:  Hires and schedules festival entertainment.  On the day of the festival manages the Entertainment Tent, works with entertainers to help them get set up, introduces entertainment, helps set up and organize BINGO.

Raffle Chair:  Solicits prize donations via written letter or e-mail, makes follow-up phone calls, works with Festival Team and parish administrative staff to plan and coordinate details of raffle.  Day of festival:  Communicates with those working in raffle ticket sales booth, is present for raffle drawing.  Following festival, provides list of winners to parish administrative staff, sends thank you acknowledgements to prize donors.

Our festival generates a profit of over $25,000 per year.  Without the many hands it takes to keep our festival running, our parish would experience a great loss of income, as well as the loss of a great community event.
